Cleaning Undercar and Engine

Just wondering the best way to give underbody and engine a really thourough clean. bee mudding recently and want to give her a good de grease and good clean over to get rid of all caked on mud. what is the best method I should try?

I find a good spray of CT18, leave overnight then power wash of next day. Comes up a treat.
2012 Dual Cab. 2" lift, Koni 90 shocks, ARB bar work, Warn winch, 35" MTZ, Alloy canopy,Redback exhaust, Stienbauer, Dual batteries,Red Arc BC DC charger,Fuel manager,Recaro seat,80L water tank ,180L fuel tank,40'' light bar.

If it's real bad I get the sprinkler under there for an hour or 2 moving it from time to time. That will break down all the dried clumpy stuff. Then go with Powers suggestion.
